Hayes Holliday

Hayes focuses his practice on real estate closings, from purchases to refinances and equity lines. Hayes believes that every client deserves a great closing experience and enjoys giving his clients the best service possible.

Education & Experience

After graduating with a Business Degree from Clemson and a Law Degree from the University of South Carolina, Hayes began his legal career clerking for Circuit Court Judge Edward Miller. Upon completion of his clerkship, Hayes accepted a position as an Assistant Solicitor (District Attorney) in South Carolina’s 7th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted a wide range of cases from minor property offenses to serious felonies, including over 25 cases tried to a jury verdict. After 3 years of service, Hayes returned to Greenville and began his Real Estate practice.

Family & Community Involvement

Hayes and his wife Katelyn live in Greenville with their two boys, Little Hayes, and Whit. They are members at the downtown campus of Grace Church and volunteer as community group leaders. Hayes is an avid Clemson fan, and on any given fall Saturday, you can find him cheering on his beloved Tigers in Death Valley (the REAL one).

Robert S. “Trey” Ingram III

Trey’s law practice is centered on South Carolina real estate and adoption law. Those two areas of the law are not often cited together, but Trey is passionate about both and his practice makes them a natural fit. Trey loves the Greenville community and enjoys the opportunity to be involved in its positive growth and development of its families and their homes.

Education & Experience

For his undergraduate, Trey studied Sociology at Charleston Southern University while minoring in Religion, Business Administration and Psychology. Trey studied law at the University of South Carolina and obtained his juris doctorate in 2008. He was admitted to the bar in South Carolina in 2008 and then also in North Carolina in 2010. Trey began his legal career with Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP in Greenville, South Carolina and practiced law there from 2008 until 2018 when he joined Hayes Holliday.

Trey’s experience in real estate law spans both residential and commercial practices. Trey has represented both seasoned commercial developers and first-time homebuyers with legal needs related to the acquisition, financing, development, restrictive covenants, zoning and local government matters, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real property.

Trey is also very passionate about foster care and adoption law in South Carolina and he and his family are involved in foster care, adoption and advocacy for the welfare of children. Trey is able to finalize adoptions in Family Court for prospective adoptive parents, whether through SCDSS or an independent adoption agency, and he also domesticates foreign adoptions in South Carolina.

Family & Community Involvement

Trey and his wife, Kelli, have six children, which include five girls and one baby boy. Trey and Kelli became adoptive parents in 2014 and have also been licensed foster parents with SCDSS since 2015. Trey and Kelli are active members and community group facilitators at Downtown Presbyterian Church, where Trey also serves as a deacon. Trey is a devoted volunteer board member of Speak Up: Voices for Foster Care ReformTM, an initiative of Fostering Great Ideas®, which advocates for legislative reform to the foster care system for the betterment of children.

Real Estate Paralegal

A native of Greenville, Laura Solomon is familiar with upstate South Carolina and all that it has to offer. Laura has over 13 years of experience as a real estate paralegal and licensed real estate broker. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers with their real estate goals and is knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors and chasing after her precious twin girls.

Rebecca Woody

Office Manager

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Rebecca first moved to the Upstate to attend college at North Greenville University where she majored in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Business Administration. In 2015 Rebecca began working at Holliday Law Firm as the Firm Administrator and has since moved up and taken on the role as the Office Manager for the entire firm. Rebecca lives right up the road in Spartanburg where she is typically found enjoying time with her husband, Coleman, and their dog, Oliver. She also enjoys traveling and board games.

Melanie Martin

Real Estate Paralegal

Born and raised in Greenville, Melanie (“Mel”) Martin attended Presbyterian College, where she played soccer for the Blue Hose and majored in Business Administration and Spanish. Since graduating in 2011, Mel has been a paralegal in the fields of medical malpractice defense, workers’ compensation insurance defense, and now real estate law. In her free time, Mel loves running and biking Greenville’s beautiful streets, enjoying the city’s restaurant scene with friends, and playing with her precious niece and nephews.

Madison McLain

Marketing and Client Services Coordinator

A native of Greenville, Madison claims she might just be this city’s biggest fan. She was born and raised here until she left to attend the University of South Carolina for college, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in HRTM. She quickly found her calling after graduation when she entered the Marketing world in Charlotte, NC. She returned back to Greenville after a couple of years and now has 5 years of professional Marketing, Sales, and Business Development experience under her belt. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her friends, volunteering at her church, exploring all the new parts of Greenville, and adventuring out to the beautiful mountain towns nearby.

Emily Marcum


Emily is the newest addition to our work family and we couldn’t be more excited to have her! She was born and raised in the Upstate and is thrilled to call Greenville home again. Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina and then went on to study law at Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time in law school Emily was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law where she served as an editor and blogger, and also served as a 3L representative for the Student Bar Association. In 2018 she graduated and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her pug, Lorelai. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She has traveled to over 8 countries and hopes to check more off her list!

Naomi Mann

Receptionist and Firm Administrator

Naomi is originally from Montville, NJ but has lived in South Carolina for over 12 years now. She attended Bob Jones University where she majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Communications. During her time at Bob Jones she worked as a Student Recruiter for the University and also worked at a family law firm during her Senior year as a paralegal’s assistant. She graduated this past May and came to work for our firm a few months after. When Naomi’s not working you can find her spending time with her massive family (6 sisters and 2 brothers to be exact!), reading a good book, or taking road trips to the beach.

Free off-street parking is available at our building. Simply enter the parking lot of Falls St and park in any of our Holliday Ingram Law Firm designated spaces. We have 7 designated spaces for clients, realtors, and lenders.


Free on-street parking is located all around our building on Court Street and Falls St. This parking is provided by the City of Greenville and is for 2 Hours.


There are two parking garages located with convenient walking distance of our office, the Spring Street Garage and the Broad Street Garage. We offer complimentary garage validation to our clients, realtors, and lenders.
